How long will my items take to reach me?

During our Relaunch period estimated domestic delivery is between the 18 - 23 Nov and a week later for International. 

Shipping Costs Within Australia:  

Standard Australia Post shipping costs apply to all domestic orders. Once tracking is provided we can not take responsibility for lost or stolen mail. 

International: We send International mail via DHL and/or Australia Post and is fully tracked.     

International mail costs are measured by weight. We will provide shipping tracking for your International order. Once tracking is provided we can not take responsibility for lost or stolen mail. 

Do you offer exchanges or refund?

Please choose wisely as Jr. Cooper Pty Ltd does not give monetary refunds for wrong size or change of mind. 

Refunds are given only in the event of a faulty garment. 

We offer exchanges which may incur additional shipping costs. 

We also offer store credit.

How do I pay?

Our store accepts all major Cards, PayPal, and Afterpay. 

How long will it take to get a response from an email I have sent you?

We do our upmost to reply to ALL emails within 24 hours. Please understand that we are a family business and there may be the occasion where a response could take a little longer. 

Discount codes

Discount codes are given every now and then through email or social media. They can be redeemed at the final stages of checkout. 

Sale Items 

We love a sale! We have a sale page as well sales ran regularly throughout the year. Our sale items are not available for refund or exhange. Please choose wisely and email us if in doubt and we will be happy to assist you with size advice. 

Where is my Jr. Cooper made? 

Jr. Cooper Clothing is designed in Australia and manufactured in Australia, China and Bali. Our clothes are made in a factory that enforces and upholds the ethical treatment of workers.
